Information we collect

When you use this website we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, and the contents of any reservation or contact form you submit — including your preferred date, time and party size. We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use your information

We use your information to confirm and manage reservations, respond to enquiries about private dining and events, and — only if you ask us to — send occasional news about the house. We never sell your information, and we never share it for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

We process your information on the basis of consent (you submitted the form) and legitimate interest (running and managing reservations for our guests). You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

Sharing your information

Form submissions on this site are processed by our form provider, FormSubmit, which stores the data only long enough to deliver it to our inbox. No third party has access to your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Reservation and enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months, after which they are securely deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your data has been mishandled. To exercise any of these rights, email reservations@osetralondon.com and we will respond within 30 days.

This website does not use tracking cookies. Your browser's basic caching and preferences are not used to identify you.
